“Leo finds Dr Shrunk in StarCity and Shrunk has a proposal for the Mayor. Does StarCity want a new entertainment venue? The Mayor has to collect signatures from his villagers in order to begin work on this exciting development on Main Street – Club LOL. Joe takes Leo out chatting to the StarCity residents in order to get their agreement, and once he has six signatures, he takes the petition back to Shrunk in order for the work to commence.
