Angry Birds Go!, the mobile kart racing game from Rovio has just had a major update which introduces multi-player races and a licensing system and a new Achievement: Ultimate Fan (Login 30 Days in a row).
As multi-player matches were probably our most requested feature for the game, we just had to dive back in and try our luck against the rest of the world in some online races. First up though, we need a Piggy Island Driver’s License before we can hit the track.
In this Let’s Play we’ll feature a variety of multi-player races with Red, The Blues and Bomb, along with looking at the recently added weekly tournament and check in on those dastardly in-app purchases, to see if there’s been any noticeable change in pricing.
The top Karts like the Arctic Roller cost 9000 gems. Gems cost about 1 pence each to buy, making the Kart cost around £90. Crazy money for an in-app purchase in my family at least.
